Oliver Klink presents “Through the Lens of Humanity: Blending Artistry, Technology, and Global Stories” on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 7pm, Lone Tree Civic Center. Join remotely via Zoom. Arrive 30 minutes early for social time, to visit with your fellow club members and meet some new folks. The program is 7pm – 9pm.
From capturing cultures and wildlife to creating fine art books, Oliver Klink reveals how modern tools and creative vision work together to express our shared human experience and to tell powerful global stories. He does talk about long term projects, how they started and progressed, and eventually saw the light of the day. He also discusses the challenges of staying creative and authentic. His passion is printing and will touch upon the various techniques he uses to get images on paper.




About Oliver Klink
Oliver Klink is a fine art photographer, originally from Switzerland, now based in the San Francisco Bay Area. His last two projects, Cultures In Transition (published in 2019) and Poetry In Motion (published in 2025) won 12 awards for best photography books. He is a master piezography print maker.
He turned full time photographer 20 years ago. He partnered with Hasselblad to teach workshops for them. The aim was to educate photographer to make authentic images using the best tools, including camera, printers, etc… His biggest influence is Gregory Colbert, a Canadian artist who produced the project Ashes and Snow.
