Single Light Source Workshop

Join LTPC member Elane Graves for a Single Light Source Workshop on Saturday, April 20, 2024, 10 am – 3 pm at the Lone Tree Civic Center, 8527 Lone Tree Parkway, Lone Tree, CO.

Learn how to use a single light source to enhance your subject. Topics covered:

  • Principles of Light
  • Natural vs Artificial
  • Off-camera flash options and modifiers
  • Techniques and settings
  • One light demo

We will build on the topics covered during the presentation. Most of our time will be spent photographing and learning how to use a single light with modifiers to bring our subject to life. We will experiment with camera and flash settings, as well as, how to use diffusers and modifiers to enhance the subject. For those interested in shooting tethered, I can help set that up as well. If time permits, we can also spend a little time with post processing.
